Attorney Bresnahan is a 1990 Graduate of Fox Chapel High School. A 1995 Graduate of John Carroll University and a 1999 Graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He passed the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000 and has practiced Real Estate law his entire career. Including but not limited to real estate tax litigation, eminent domain and general real estate. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar & The District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Bresnahan is a member of the American Bar Association; Pennsylvania Bar Association; Allegheny County Bar Association and the West Virginia State Bar.
His practice involves the litigation of Eminent Domain Cases, Real Estate Tax Appeal Cases, Real Estate Exemptions Cases and Land Use Cases.
He is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, The Best Lawyers in America, The PA Super Lawyers and is a lecturer and a contributing writer for the PA Bar Institute.
